The National Conference of eTwinning in Jihlava

On 13th and 14th April 2007 the Third National Conference took place in a beautiful town Jihlava. I had a chance to be there not only as an ambassador of the eTwinning, but also as the representative of our school Gymnasium Ceska Lipa.

Our school has been very successful again with the project called „Music helps us live“, which we have with our Greek partner school Kavasila High School.This time there are more classes and more teachers involved in the project. Class sekunda A/ they are singing and translating songs into English, tercie B/ they are drawing illustrations. My colleagues Hana Homolova and Eva Pazourkova are working together with me in the project. Our deputy headmaster Mr Radim Fojtu has been working on the film about eTwinning in our school.

We have got the Quality Label in the Conference and small presents for all the participants of the project.

I had a chance to see my new partner from Slovakia Mrs Mirka Zbinova from Puchov. She has prepared a very nice presentation called Neighbours. We are working together on the project and we hope that next time we will get the Quality Label, too. It was very touching to see my virtual partner face to face and at that time I wished I could also meet my frined from Greece. Maybe we will meet in Athens in the National Conference of Greece.

I would like to thank to all my partners who are working on the projects and I can help anybody who would like to join us in the future.
